Yoko Dochi

Yoko Dochi is an experienced NED currently with Kirin Holdings, Rinnai Corporation and Nippo Ltd. in Japan, with a 35 years executive career in Japan’s leading multinationals in the automobile, technology and financial services industries.

As former Head of Investor Relations at Toyota and SoftBank for 20 years, she brings sustainability, stakeholder and capital markets perspectives into corporate strategy and governance. Her early career was in investment banking at the World Bank and the Bank of Tokyo (now MUFG).

She is also a trustee of Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation, the Japan Society and her alma mater Magdalen College, University of Oxford.
